ADRIANE DAFF is an actor, writer and theatre maker. She is one of the founding artists of The Last Great Hunt and an artistic associate of Side Pony Productions. Adriane has studied in Perth (WAAPA BA in Theatre Arts), New York City (Ward Meisner Studio), Paris (Ecole Philippe Gaulier) and Sydney (Kim Farrant).
On the stage some credits include; ‘A Perfect Specimen’, ‘Blithe Spirit’, ‘Flood’ (winner of the PAWA Best New Script), ‘The Importance of Being Earnest’, ‘Arcadia’, ‘The Visit’ (2005 Equity Guild Award for Best Supporting Actress), ‘Great White’ (2013 Blue Room Awards Best Ensemble Performance Judges Award and the Members Choice award), ‘Scarecrow’ (2006 Blue Room Theatre Judge’s Choice Award). As co-creator/actor ‘The Irresistible’, ‘The Confidence Man’, ‘All That Glitters’, ‘ELEPHENTS’ (2014 PAWA Best New Script), ‘Falling Through Clouds’ and ‘The Pride’ (2010 Blue Room Theatre Judges Choice Award and Member’s Award, 2012 ArtsHub Youth Arts award).
Adriane has been nominated twice for Best Actress for a West Australian Screen Award and has appeared on screen in ‘Can’t Win, Do Try’ (nominated for Best Actress in a feature film at the Madrid International Film Festival), ‘Other Life’, ‘Outline’ (Romanian Short Stop International Film Festival Best Actress award), ‘DAFUQ?’, ‘Three Summers’ and ‘ASHBECLEE’.
